I'm one of the easiest plants you'll ever grow. In warm climates, I'm nearly bulletproof outdoors and like warm, sunny days. I'm hardy to about 28 degrees, but any colder and I'm finished. If cold weather's coming, break off a few short branches and stick them into some soilless potting mix. I'll root real fast.

Pachypodium lamerei

Light: Sun or near a bright window.

Water: Keep dry in winter, water and fertilize often in warm weather.

Soil: Light

Mature height and width:  15 ft. high x 10 ft. wide

I respond very well to Miracle Grow (a Scotts Product) and you can add a little fertilizer to my water to help me grow (1/2 teaspoon per gallon once or twice a month).

Pachypodium lamerei is easy to plant and grow. An easy method is to directly plant the seed, pointy end down while holding the round top. Push into a nice light, well drained foliage mix while leaving the top exposed. You could reuse a Starbucks coffee cup (make a hole at the bottom for drainage), water well and then cover with a clear plastic baggy for 1 week. Set the cup in a bright window and in another week or two the seed will sprout and come out with 2 leaves. Once they get established in 4-6 months, it is fun to share plants with your friends and family.
